Riders Needed for the Seattle Bike Expo

Vo2 Performance Center will have a booth at this year's Seattle Bike Expo.

As part of our booth, we will be setting up 2 Computrainers and we need people to ride. If you are interested in riding for an hour (or more) either Saturday or Sunday, speak now!!!

What's in it for you??
*a chance to show off your mad CT cycling skills
*free entry into the expo
*who knows, maybe a few more surprises too!!!

Expo hours are:
Saturday, March 13, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, March 14, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

I can't leave the eastside until 11:30, so I probably won't get there and be ready to ride until closer to 12:30pm. I happy to ride longer if Porter wants to shorten his segment.

Kris--you are planning on riding for how long? My slot is from 2 to 4, so if you start at 12:30, you'd need to go 2 hours to make my slot shorter....let me know.

Good catch. I didn't really factor in the half hour gap between our shifts. 90 minutes is probably enough for me, so I'll plan on riding from 12:30 to 2pm.

We will have 2 CTs there, so 2 riders can ride in all time slots.

Gerry---Sunday from 10-noon is fine!!

Also, please wear full team kit where you have it....if not let me know and we will see what we can do to get you some Vo2 gear for the day!!

We still have slots open from 9 to noon, and 4-6 PM on Saturday, and 2-4 on Sunday. Grab them before they are gone!!!!

I'll be posting an updated schedule later today, so please chack back for your confirmed time slot and more details!!!

This is rich. I can do 4-6 on Saturday. I have zero Vo2 gear. You know, I could try and squeeze into Annie's but I think that might not be the look you wanted ;) It will just be me. Annie will be looking after M&M.

I'm leaving shortly for the Expo. I'm bringing my own bike. I cannot quite imagine riding on a trainer for 2 hours on a bike that didn't fit me. My knees are sensitive enough as it is ;(

The "Large" Ceepo there has my Look Keo's on it - rode it for 2:15 this morning at about 200W and had fun. I think I sold a couple of bikes and Vo2 memberships at the same time (just kidding).

Good fun riding today, lots of interest in Vo2, which was good. In addition Cindy's rubber shoes with the individual toes proved to be a real crowd pleaser and now feature on several blogs ....though Dana's compression socks were following in a close second....:)

Or, are you suggesting that we get famous people to play us? In that case, I’m down with that...though we’re going to have a hard time finding someone who can do a decent job of replicating all the nuances and subtleties of your central Canadian accent.
