Jan. Team Potluck & Clothing Fittings

Hi all,

We are planning our January Team potluck/kit clothing fitting and we wanted to get an idea of dates that work for you all.

Possible dates: Weekend or weeknight?
Friday Jan 25th
Sat. Jan 26th
Sun. Jan 27th
Thurs. Jan 31st

Things to consider:
1. Please have your feedback to us by Tues. Jan 8th -we will finalize date Wed. a.m.
2. Location/theme TBD - I am happy to have it at my house in Seattle/Madison Valley but that means driving over the bridges for most of you (otherwise someone on the east side can volunteer their house.) Another option could be EMC - but I would assume that means no red wine:)
3. All other details forthcoming (i.e. what to bring, time. etc.)

Stephanie/Lance - Let us know your schedule and we can try to work around it!

Any of these dates would work but since I'm leaving to go skiing in Austria on Feb 1, Jan. 31 would be my last choice.

Sorry Chris the only date I can do is the 31st....I am in Brazil the weekend of the 25th.

Perhaps from the point of view of everyone trying on the kit, once it arrives it could maybe be stored at EMC? I know at least 12-15 of the current 'active' members use EMC and for those that just can't get to the pot luck it would seem to make sense.

The only day that doesn't work for Sarah and I is Sunday, January 27th.

What about the weekend of the 19th/20th? If not, any of the other days except the 26th.

We could move it to the weekend of Jan. 19th/20th if that works better for everyone. Let me know.

Otherwise, if people are too busy in January we could always push it to Feb or wait until the Spring. Everyone could just go to EMC to try on clothing when it fit into their schedules. Whatever works.

The clothing will be here in two weeks at the latest. It will be at EMC and I can schedule a few different times for fittings.

As for the Potluck Kara you and Sarah should just set a date that works for both of you (so both social event planners can be at the event :eek:) Not everyone will be able to make it no matter what date it ends up being.
Just run with it ....And let me know if I can help.

No. Not yet. This weekend did not seem to work for many people so we are figuring something else out...
