Dear board members (and the general membership), there will a meeting on the above date at the specified time. Everyones attendance would be welcomed. As of today Cindy and I have taken dues from 18 members. Those of you still to pay please either pay with cash or a check payable to Mary Frasier. The original SVTT bank account is now closed.
Board Members - I apologize for not providing more direction to you all over recent months, it is clear that some of us are not fully executing on our specified roles, for that I accept some responsibility. Please do your best to make progress with your respective roles between now and the board meeting.
If you genuinely feel you do not have time to perform your role then please express this at the next board meeting and we shall look to reallocate your position. If this is the case I totally understand, it can be a big time commitment and distraction from other things going on in life. The team needs a proactive board and neither Cindy or I have the time to pick up and drive some of these other roles.
