Potential Sponsor email link now works

I have changed the invalid page reference from the sponsors page to an email form that sends a message to me - it uses the same email form that the general `contact us' link uses. I can then forward the message on to Ben.

OK; I'll forward them to you then. There isn't a convenient and safe way of having them go directly to you, since hardcoding your email address in the page source means that your address will be harvested by bots than scan web pages looking for these to add to their spam address lists. The existing mechanism pulls my address out of the database and so it isn't exposed.
