It looks like Team Synergy is having a good day. If memory serves me right it appears that Michael Gordon, Bryan Urakwa, Mike Pritchard and Cindy Bigglestone all turned in PRs. I look forward to reading all the race reports.

An extremely awesome day was had by all. Of the eight athletes (five team members) I had racing seven athletes acheived PR's a great day for Vo2Multisport and Team Synergy.

Mary, Lee Ann and I had a lot of fun supporting even in the rain that came later in the day. Conditions were near ideal with the wind in the opposite to normal direction (Southerly) ensuring a following wind for the majority of the bike leg. On the run cloud cover and light rain provided great conditions for fast times.
