Hi all. Look forward to seeing you at Matt's Rotisserie in Redmond TC at 7pm next Friday evening. Who's coming?
The web review says:
The Scene
Families with young children pile into the red booths; workers from nearby businesses crowd around the large, sleek circular bar. With golden walls trimmed in copper, an open kitchen and black-clad servers, the restaurant just edges into stylish. Oyster-slurping diners in shorts and baseball caps keep the atmosphere casual.
The Food
This steak and seafood joint serves up big stick-to-your-ribs portions and top-quality oysters served fresh, seared and Rockefeller-style. Meats--from ground-chuck burgers to barbecue chicken and top sirloin--are tender, juicy and flavored with smoke from fruit woods. The bronzed tuna steak sandwich with Cajun spices is likely to be overcooked, but still tasty. Dull sides of slaw and limp shoestring fries can disappoint, but with all the other food, it's hard to notice. Finish with the deliciously tangy strawberry-rhubarb cobbler, served warm and topped with vanilla ice cream.
