Vo2Multisport is pleased to announce that Bryan Rhodes is going to co-host a weekend triathlon clinic here in Bellevue early in July (date to be confirmed).

The weekend will serve as a re-launch of Vo2Multisport Coaching and will be generously supported by its sponsors with lots of free giveaways and product clinics from the companies themselves.

For those of you who do not know Bryan here is a link to his website - http://www.rhodsey.com/

He is a multiple Ironman Winner which includes Ironman Canada 2008 and often leads the field out of the water at some of the most competitive triathlons in the world. A native of Taupo New Zealand Bryan brings charisma and a sense of fun to the sport as well as being a fierce competitor.

The clinic will give you the chance to benefit from Bryan's experience and knowledge of the sport as well as receive hands on help from Vo2Multisport Coaches. Included will be underwater video and analysis from Bryan and Ben, as well as detailed guidelines on how to fuel and hydrate during long course races.

Win a b70 Helix wetsuit as well as many other top notch prizes over the course of the weekend. Come on a training ride with Bryan on the Sunday and get the opportunity to ask all the questions you want from one of the sports most charismatic and competitive athletes.

The cost will be $350 and numbers will be strictly limited. Vo2Multisport Team Members will get a $50 discount. Please express your interest early.

This will be a weekend to remember....

Ben,

I see on the Vo2 website this is scheduled for 4-5 July as a swim clinic. Do you have any more details?

Thanks,
Jeff

Sorry Jeff, should have updated this. The clinic will now be in October after Ironman Hawaii. Bryan will still be attending and there will be no 'holiday' conflicts. Also it is a much better time of the year for a swim clinic, just as everyone transitions into the off season (except you :) ) and you can really focus on learning a new motor program with better stroke mechanics.

Can I sign you up???
