Congrats to Damon for running a 1:21:30 - or 6:13 pace on a not-so-flat half, I believe that is a PR run for Damon.

His 2008 time was 1:38.09, his 2009 time 1:21.30, maybe those 1 minute rest intervals do work ;)

Awesome job Damon, a truly great run and I think it actually represents a 10km PR also.

Great result Damon! I did the Kirkland half a few years ago and to do this time is fantastic!
