Dear team,
I would like to invite you all to a meeting at Samena Swim & Recreation Club on Sunday at 6:30pm. This will serve as an opportunity for everyone to get together, new members to meet old, team cycling clothing and casual apparel that has been paid for can be collected and updates can be given by board members.
If any of you out there want to buy casual/cycling apparel that did not order any (and/or additional items), please bring your check books and/or cash and you can purchase items on the night.
Below to give some of you an idea as to the structure of the current 'board' here are the active members in 2009:
President - Ben Bigglestone
Treasurer - Mary Frasier
Sponsorship - Ben Bigglestone/Cindy Bigglestone
Team Clothing - Ben Bigglestone/Cindy Bigglestone
Race Resutls co-ordinator/Team Captain - Heidi Lind
Workout co-ordinator - Bryan Urakawa/Mike Pritchard
Forum Manager - Chris Esposito
We have lots to discuss so in order for us to keep this on task and achieve what we need to I would welcome you all to add agenda items to this thread.
We have to clear the meeting room by 8pm and I would like to get some photos of us all for the website etc, in either tri kit or cycling kit.
