Kirkland half marathon?
who all ran today?
rumor is that someone had a huge PR out there today. looking forward to hearing more.

Congrats to Damon for running a 1:21:30 - or 6:13 pace on a not-so-flat half, I believe that is a PR run for Damon.
Did anybody else run?

His 2008 time was 1:38.09, his 2009 time 1:21.30, maybe those 1 minute rest intervals do work
 Awesome job Damon, a truly great run and I think it actually represents a 10km PR also.
