Time for the coming of age party, and for you to be officially described as an "Athlete" on the world-wide interweb.

The http://www.triteamsynergy.org/ site is pretty close to being done and its time for you to give me a picture of yourself and 2 or 3 lines summarising your life and all that you stand for, or if you prefer the races you're doing this year. your choice

Pls send it to me - amorlidge@hotmail.com as soon as you can, it would be great to have everyones up there - so far three brave souls have lead the way, if you want to see what they said - go to the site.

Text can be in any format. Picture can be any size. Just send me what you have and the magic of software (and my wife sarah) will sort it all out and make you look 20 years younger. So 7 in Kara's case.

Now get on with it and stop procrstinating! It can always be changed if you dont like it next week, just write SOMETHING!
